What it is

A café and restaurant in Guatapé town center. Opens at 7:30am — earlier than most places in town. Specialty coffee, full breakfasts (eggs, arepas, fresh bread, pastries), and lunch. The building is also the home base for Mountain Bike Colombia’s guided cycling operation and the community cycling ride.

The free morning ride

Every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 7:30am, a free community cycling ride leaves from Casa de Ciclistas. Open to all levels. No booking required — show up before 7:30am. Bikes are not provided for the free ride; bring your own or rent one in town.

The ride covers the the back country loop. Duration: 2–3 hours depending on the group.

The food

Specialty espresso, Americano, filtered coffee, and cold brew. Breakfast plates with eggs, arepas, avocado, and fresh bread. Pastries baked in-house. Lunch from midday. The menu rotates — ask what’s on when you arrive. Good vegetarian options.
